Ma phrase préférée un vendredi soir est et sera toujours : Thanks God It’s Friday. Et qui plus est ce vendredi n’est pas un vendredi ordinaire : j’ai officiellement 22 ans aujourd’hui !  

Mes 21 ans vont me manquer. Cette année fut riche en rencontres et expériences marquantes, et de beaucoup de fous rires aussi.

Pour la tenue de cette semaine, j’avoue que les photos dormaient depuis quelques semaines, dans mon ordinateur. Je l’avais portée à la soirée des 25 ans d’une amie. On a terminé dans un karaoké, à chanter du Jean Jacques Goldman à s'en cracher les poumons; Puis le retour, talons à la main, bras dessus, bras dessous avec ma pote, dans l'air frais de l'hiver, en me disant intérieurement que ce genre de situation avait aussi leur part de magie.

J’ai essayé de créer une tenue un peu bohème qu’on pourrait porter à mi-chemin entre l’hiver et le printemps, en tentant le "combo poncho + col roulé + bottes longues". 

J’ai complété le tout avec un short en jean pour ne pas complètement masquer mes jambes, étant donné que les bottes que je porte montent déjà bien jusqu’aux genoux. Et pour le côté bohème, rajoutez un chapeau, une paire de créoles et le tour est joué !

Hope you are well on this beautiful Friday morning.

I just wanted to quickly post this week outfit before heading to Paris to celebrate my 22th birthday with friends. That’s right; you can call me birthday girl today! Lol

Anyway, these pics have been sleeping somewhere on my laptop for weeks now and I just decided to post them this morning. A bit out of the blues I admit it but you know what, sometimes I have my crazy moments. Who hasn’t?

I wore this for the 25 birthday party of my home girl aka Wikiti (nikname come from the fact that we are both great fans of The Aristocats, the Disney animation movie). It was a really fun night. Those types of night-out are much needed from time to time; just living the moment, feeling reckless, laughing hard with friends, while singing silly songs in a karaoke. 

Getting back to my look, I recently spotted the comeback of the "Bohemian vibe" in many magazines and I was actually happy to finally find a way to wear this stripped Primark Poncho without looking ridiculous: #thestrugglewasreal

So I basically build this look around the poncho which was the main piece of the outfit. I just threw on my gray polo-neck, a short and my favorite black high-knee boots. For the bohemian vibes, just put some nice camel hat like mine, some large hoop earrings and you are ready to go!
